摘 要:随着农村劳动力的大量转移及新生代农民工对土地的陌生、淡漠和跳出农门的愿望日益强烈,"明天谁来种地"的现实拷问再次引起社会各界的高度重视,引发对职业农民培养问题的热议。文章从职业农民的内涵界定、培养职业农民的国际经验、培养职业农民的国家政策演进、培养职业农民的重大意义和职业农民培养模式及培养路径选择等五个方面进行综述,以期对国内职业农民研究有一个全景把握。As a great deal of rural labor force moving to the cities and the migrant workers of new generation are unfa- miliar and indifferent to the land, along with that their wishes leaving the countryside becoming increasingly strong, the plight "who will sow the land tomorrow" required highest attention and hot debate about the question of cultivating profes- sional farmers. From five aspects, i.e. connotation of the concept of professional farmers, international experience of culti- vating professional farmers, domestic policy evolution of training professional farmers, great significance of training profes- sional farmers, the training model and countermeasures of cultivating professional farmers, the paper summarized the cur- rent domestic research of professional farmers, in order to get an overall understanding of the question.
