浅谈不良修复体固定烤瓷冠失败的相关因素

摘　　要：目的:评价固定烤瓷冠在牙体修复治疗中的意义,分析固定冠套失败存在的相关因素。方法:收治112例固定冠套修复失败案例,采用回顾性调查分析,探讨失败案例存在的相关因素。结果:因诊断、设计和根管治疗缺陷导致拆冠的不良修复体,临床主诉以牙齿肿痛伴面部肿胀溢脓的瘘管型急性根尖周炎65例。结论:不良烤瓷冠修复体失败有其存在的相关因素。Objective： To evaluation of fixed porcelain fused to metal on the restoration and treatment of failure analysis fixed crown set of related factors.Methods： In 112 case of fixed crown repair failure case a restrospective investigation and analysis was used on case of failure presence of associated factors.Results：For diagnosis design and root canal therapy leads to defects in crown remove bad repair body clinical complaints to tooth swelling with facial swelling pus overflow fistula in 65 case of actue periapical periodontitis . Conclusions： Adverse porcelain crown failure exists with its related factors.
