摘  要:港口吊机抓斗运行时,横梁将产生动挠度。动挠度仪或涡流传感器可以直接测量物理位移,但需要固定的安装点,其使用环境受限。动挠度信号主要以低频为主,普通的直接安装在吊机梁上的传感器因不能测得低频信号而无法测量动挠度。为此,开发了一种基于电容式低频振动传感器的无线动挠度测试系统,相对目前其他动挠度测试仪器及测试方法,系统使用方便,价格低廉。论述了无线加速度传感器的原理及系统集成技术;给出了通过加速度求动挠度的方法,并由此成功的对南通港某吊机动挠度进行了测试。结果表明,方法完全可行。When the grabs of port cranes are working, dynamic deflection are created on the beams. Dynamic deflect meters or eddy current sensors can measure the physical displacements directly, but the needs for fixed installation points limit their application. Deflection signals contain low-frequency signals. The general sensors installed on the crane beams directly can not measure the low-frequency signals. So the dynamic deflection is unable to be measured by the general sensors. FOR this problem, a wireless MEMS dynamic deflection test system based on the low frequency capacitive vibration sensors is developed in this paper, which is convenient to use and has low price. The principle and system integration of the wireless sensor are discussed. The method for calculating dynamic deflection based on accelerates data is given. With this method, the deflection measuring tests of crane motor are done in Nantong Port. The results show that themethod is entirely feasible.
