摘  要:文章选择了先声商学院第1期31名同学,以及经贸管理学院同一年级医药营销专业30名同学为研究样本,对两组同学在不同资源与教学情况下进行教学创新气氛测试。针对两组样本测试结果进行T检验分析,发现商学院教学过程中的创新气氛明显高于经贸管理学院其他的营销班。同时,对商学院测试样本进行因子分析,得到影响教学创新气氛的3个主因子,通过分析比较,提出一些改进课堂教学创新的建议。A research sample was chosen by this paper,including 31 students from the first phase of Xiansheng Business Academy and 30 students of the same grade from Pharmaceutical Marketing Subject of Economic and Trade Management Academy.With these two groups of students,the innovation atmosphere in the process of teaching was tested under different resources and situations.According to the T test analysis of the test result,it found the innovation atmosphere of the students from Xiansheng Business Academy was obviously higher than those in the other group.At the same time,3 factors mostly influencing teaching innovation atmosphere were obtained by factor analysis of the sample from the Business Academy.Through analysis and comparison,it provided some suggestions to improve teaching innovation atmosphere.
