摘　　要：医者的天职在于扶植生民尽乎天年寿限,文章根据《灵枢·天年》,提出了人生百岁抗衰却病整体治疗观。文中探讨了40岁、50岁、60岁、70岁、80岁及90岁各个时期的整体却病抗衰原则,并以临床经验加以佐证。The doctor＇s vocation is to foster the people＇s livelihood,so as to cross their natural lifespans.This article puts forward a holistic approach,which is on the basis of Lingshu·Tiannian,to fight aging and prevent disease.In this thesis,it inquires into the principle of rejuvenation about different periods of 40,50,60,70,80 and 90 year-old people,proving by clinical experience.
