中药治疗肠易激综合征及小肠插管造影诊断临床研究

摘　　要：目的:为胃肠道功能性病变的治疗及诊断,探索出一种有效率较高之法。方法:通过健脾益气汤治疗的50例和西药治疗的50例临床诊断为肠易激综合征患者,进行治疗前后行小肠插管造影比较,来分析治疗效果和造影显示情况。结果 :经健脾益气汤治疗后,患者治疗有效率达86%,小肠造影显示合格率达82%;而西药治疗后,患者治疗有效率为72%,小肠造影显示合格率达76%。结论:肠易激综合征中西药治疗中,中药有明显的优势。而在临床检查诊断上,小肠插管造影既可观察治疗效果,又能观察其功能改变情况,是诊断肠易激综合征的一种行之有效之法。Objective：To find out a correct and efficient method to examine the functional gastrointestinal disorders and observe the curative effect.Methods：Analyze the treatment and result of the radiography by comparing double contrast barium gastrointestinal examination and the radiography of intubation on the small intestine of 294 patients with irritable bowel syndrome and took Chinese medicine.Results：After taking the Jianpi Yiqi formula,the effective cure rate was up to 86% and the satisfaction rate of the radiography of intubation on the small intestine was up to 82%.After treating with western medicine,the effective rate was 72%,small bowel imaging showed a pass rate of 76%.Conclusion：Chinese medicine has a distinct advantage on irritable bowel syndrome treatment.In the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome,the radiography of intubation on the small intestine can both observe the treating effect and avoid the disturbance of overlap of the gastrointestinal image so that it can observe the change of its function,and this is an effective method in the course of treating the irritable bowel syndrome.
