灵龟八法治疗单纯性肥胖症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察灵龟八法按时取穴针刺治疗对单纯性肥胖病的临床疗效,并将其与普通辨证取穴针刺方法进行比较,观察两者治疗效果是否存在差异。方法:将符合单纯性肥胖病的患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例患者。治疗组辨证后,在主穴上加用灵龟八法按时取穴,对照组直接选用主穴针刺治疗。10次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。结果 :两组治疗前后在减体重、降低BMI值、减腰围三方面均有明显下降(P<0.01)。两组相比,治疗后两组体重、BMI值的疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05),而在降低腰围疗效方面差异显著(P<0.05)。在症状改善方面,两组治疗前后的症状积分均有明显下降(P<0.01),两组相比,差异上有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:灵龟八法按时针刺组和普通针刺组对于单纯性肥胖均有疗效,两组相比,治疗组与对照组在降低体重与BMI值方面疗效相近,而在减腰围及症状改善方面,治疗组疗效优于对照组。Objective：To observe the clinical effects upon treating primary obesity with Linggui Bafa.Comparing the effects between treatments of Linggui Bafa and normal acupuncture to reveal the difference between the two methods.Method：60 primary obesity patients were randomized into two groups.The control group,which has 30 patients,received treatment of normal acupuncture.The treatment group,which has 30 patients,received acupuncture treatment of Linggui Bafa,patients in both group received 3 period of treatments.One treatment has 10 times of acupuncture treatments.Result：Waistline,body weight,as well as BMI in two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment（P0.01）.There is no obvious difference in reducing body weight and BMI between the two groups（P0.05）.The effective rate of reducing waistline in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group（P0.05）.Syndromes-improvements in two groups after treatment were improved compared with those before treatment（P0.01）.The effective rate of syndromes-improvements in the treatment group was superior to the other group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Both method had effect on treating primary obesity.On body weight and BMI decreasing,the two methods had no significant different;on waistline decreasing and syndromes-improvements,Linggui Bafa is more effective.
