摘　　要：介绍了高速动车组涂料体系的设计,详叙了环氧防腐底漆、聚氨酯中涂漆、面漆的组成及性能,筛选了合适的溶剂与助剂。并介绍了相应的涂装工艺。The design of coating system used for the high speed EMU was introduced, the epoxy anticorrosive primer, polyurethane basecoat, top-coat composition and performance were described in detail, suitable solvent and additives were screened. And the corresponding coating process was introduced.
