摘　　要：本文分析了当前信息化能力评估导向,结合电信行业信息化特点,研究提出电信行业企业信息化综合能力评估标准及评估模型,并详述该体系在电信企业信息化滚动规划和重大项目建设中的应用示例,可供其他企业借鉴参考。This paper studies on the current orientation of informazation capability assessment, combined with the characteristics of the informazation in telecom industry, puts forward an enterprise informazation capability assessment index model and system in telecom industry, and introduces an use case of this system in informazation planning and implementation, which may be helpful to another company.
