摘　　要：大学对学生的影响是高等教育研究中的重点和难点问题,也是高等教育自身发展过程中不可回避的问题之一。Alexander W.Astin在《大学里什么东西最重要:"四个关键的年份"》(修订本)中对此做了较为全面和系统的理论分析,书中作者着重探讨了学生在大学期间是如何改变和发展的,以及大学应该如何促进学生的发展和进步。The impact of college on students is the key and difficult problem of higher education re-search, which is also one of the inevitable problems in the process of higher education development. Alexander W. Astin＇s work What Matters In College： Four Critical Years Revisited provides a full and sys- tematic theory analysis for this problem. In this book, the author focuses on how students change and devel-op during college life and how college can promote students＇ development and progress.
