摘　　要："脱媒效应"是技术中介市场上游环节不健全的集中体现,不同转型路径的帕累托改善条件主要由层级收益指数的大小决定,层次收益的方向与强度将对不同路径的层级值产生影响,同时由交易型路径直接向创业创新型路径转型的改善条件最优。我国技术中介市场顶层设计的关键是促进技术中介市场由支持交易型向支持创业创新型直接转变,将技术中介的功能分工与政府的作用相结合,围绕阶层结构的不同环节对中介功能与组织进行多层次整合。＂Disintermediation Effect＂ is the concentrated e^ent of imperfection in upstream link of technology intermediary market. The Pareto improvement conditions of different transformation paths are principally decided by the hierarchy income index, the direction and intensity of hierarchy income will affect the hierarchy value of different paths, and the improvement condition of the direct transformation from trans- actional path to innovative path is optimal. The key to the top- level design of the technology intermediary market in China is the promotion of direct transformation from previously the transaction- supportive interme- diary to the innovation- supportive one, and the integration of the functional specification of technological in- termediary with government＇ s functions , as well as the multilayer integration of the intermediary function and organization in differemt links of the hierarchy structure.
