摘 要:目的:了解护士工作主要压力来源、压力程度,为管理者能有效帮助护士减轻工作压力提供科学依据。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,对深圳市某二甲医院全体在职护士的工作压力状况进行调查。结果:总体工作压力程度较高,均分2.50;护理专业及工作、工作量及时间分配、工作环境及资源为护士主要压力来源(平均分为2.95、2.66、2.75);不同学历的护士工作压力源之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,文化程度越低护士的工作压力程度越高(P<0.05)。结论:护士的工作压力程度处于较高水平,需要持续关注,尤其对低学历的聘用护士应当作为重点人群给予持续的综合干预。Objective :To find out the main sources of work stress and the degree of stress of nurses so as to provide managers a scientif- ic basis for effectively reducing the work stress of nurses. Methods : The cluster sampling method was used to investigate the status of work stress of in - service nurses in a certain grade Ⅱ - A hospital of Shenzhen Municipality. Results : The overall work stress level was higher and the average score was 2.50; the main sources of work stress of nurses were nursing profession and job,workload and time distribution, working environment and resources( the average scores were 2.95,2.66 and 2.75 ) ;the difference, in the comparison of work stress was sta- tistically significant between the nurses with different educational background ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Logistic regression analysis showed that the lower the educational background was, the heavier work stress the nurses had (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The work stress of nurses is at a high level and the continuous integrated intervention should be given to those nurses who have lower educational background.
