摘　　要：目的探讨紧密连接蛋白Claudin-1和Claudin-4在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学染色法．检测60例结直肠癌组织和20例正常结直肠黏膜组织中claudin-1和claudin-4的表达水平．分析其临床意义。结果Claudin-1和Claudin-4在结直肠癌组织中表达阳性率分别为76．6％（46／60）和85．0％（51／60），显著高于正常结直肠黏膜组织的20．0％（4／20）和30．O％（6／20），差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。Claudin-1和Claudin-4蛋白表达阳性率与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期有关（均P〈0．05）。结论Claudin-1和Claudin-4在结直肠癌组织中的高表达．可能对其发生发展起促进作用。Claudin-1和Claudin-4可能成为结直肠癌判断预后的标志物．Objective To investigate the expression of tight junction protein Claudin1 and Claudin4 in colorectal cancer tissues and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical staining detected the expression of tight junction protein Claudin1 and Claudin4 in 60 cases of eolorectal cancer and 20 normal colorectal mueosa tissue. The clinical significance was analyzed. Results The positive rates of Claudin1 and Claudin4 in colorectal cancer tissues were 76.6%（46/60） and 85.0% （51/60）, significantly higher than 20.0% （4/20） and 30.0% （6/20） in the normal colorectal mucosa （both P〈0.01 ）. The positive rates of Claudin1 and Claudin4 were associated with tumor differentiation degree, lymph node metastasis and TNM staging （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions The high expression of the Claudin1 and Claudin4 may play a promoting role in colorectal cancer development and progression.
