摘　　要：甲状旁腺癌是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，大多为散发病例，甲状旁腺癌的症状无特异性，常有血钙升高、尿钙升高、骨质疏松、病理性骨折以及泌尿系统结石等。本例以男性尿路刺激症状就诊，起病隐袭，易引起漏诊误诊。本文旨在提醒广大临床医生，重视甲状旁腺肿瘤的发现、诊断和治疗。Parathyroid carcinoma is a rare sporadic disease. Clinical manifestations include hypercalcemia, increased urinary calcium and urinary calculus, osteoporosis, and pathologic fracture. While this patient complained of pollakiuria, urgency, and painful urination, thus might lead to misdiagnosis or missing of diagnosis of parathyroid carcinoma.
