动脉介入化疗联合替吉奥治疗进展期胃癌的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探索介入联合口服替吉奥胶囊治疗进展期胃癌的疗效和安全性。方法将临床收治的符合入组条件的进展期胃癌患者60例随机分为两组,对照组(30例)单纯采用介入治疗,化疗用药为5-Fu 0.5 g/m2,表柔比星40～60 mg,奥沙利铂130 mg/m2;观察组(30例)则在对照组的基础上联合口服替吉奥胶囊,40～60 mg,2次/d。比较两组患者的临床有效率及安全性。结果对照组临床有效率为53.3%,观察组为83.3%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在消化道不良反应,血细胞减少,肝肾功能损害等方面,观察组与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论介入联合口服替吉奥胶囊治疗进展期胃癌具有疗效较好,不良反应率较低等特点,值得临床进一步推广和研究。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of interventional chemotherapy combined with oral administration of tegafur in treating advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups： experimental group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30）. Patients in the experimental group received interventional chemotherapy （5-Fu 0.5 g/m2, epirubicin 40 - 60 mg, oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2） combined with oral administration of tegafur（40 - 60 mg, twotimes per day）. Patients in the control group only received interventional chemotherapy. The clinical efficiency and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rates of experimental group and control group were 83.3%and 53.3%, respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. No significant difference in the occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reaction, cytopenia, dysfunction of liver and kidney, etc. existed between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, interventional chemotherapy combined with oral administration of tegafur is effective and safe. （J Intervent Radiol, 2012, 21： 854-857）
