从卫生专业技术资格考试看我国全科医师队伍的现状及发展

摘　　要：目的从卫生专业技术资格考试角度了解目前我国全科医师队伍的发展现状。方法将2009—2011年报考全国卫生专业技术资格考试(全科医学)的人员中,符合相关考试办法的报考者作为本研究对象,分析其人力资源状况(学历、区域分布等)以及考试通过率情况。结果 2009—2011年全国中级考试的总体通过率分别为48.73%(3 113/6 388)、53.49%(3 312/6 192)、47.62%(2 837/5 957)。考试合格人员区域分布为东部地区最多(62.20%,5 761/9 262),其次依次是西部(16.62%,1 539/9 262)、中部(14.10%,1 306/9 262)和东北部地区(7.08%,656/9 262);学历构成以大专和本科学历为主,每年均占到40%左右。不同科目、不同学历、不同单位级别的考生通过率间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论近三年我国全科医学中级考试合格人员区域分布极不平衡,整体学历水平不高,学历层次较低的考生其通过率不甚理想。我国全科医师队伍发展面临的主要任务是培养大量合格的全科医生,努力提高全科医生的整体素质。Objective To evaluate the general practice human resources in China by analyzing participants features and pass rate of Health Professional Qualification Examination - General Practice （ HPQE - GP）. Methods The education level, geographical distribution, and pass rate of eligible candidates to HPQE - GP in China between 2009 and 2011 were analyzed. Results The overall pass rates of medium - level HPQE - GP were 48. 73% （3 113/6 388）, 53.49% （3 312/6 192） and 47.62% （2 837/5 957 ）from 2009 to 2011, respectively. Most （62. 20%, 5 761/9 262） of the candidates who passed the exam were from eastern area of China, followed by the western area （ 16. 62%, （ 539/9 262）, middle area （ 14. 10%, 1 306/ 9 262） and northeastern area （7.08% , 656/9 262 ）. Those who held a bachelor or senior college degree accounted for about 40% of all candidates who passed the exam. The pass rates were significantly different among candidates of different education levels （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Regional difference in number of qualified GPs is prominent. Quantity of qualified GPs should be increased especially for western, middle and northeastern parts of China. Low education level has a negative impact on the candidates＇examination performance and pass rate. The overall education level of GP candidates should be elevated.
