摘  要:目的探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理和p53的关系。方法采用MaxVision免疫组化法检测125例乳腺癌标本和20例正常乳腺组织OPN表达,分析其与p53和临床病理因素的相关性。结果 OPN在乳腺癌的阳性表达率为62.4%,正常乳腺组织基本无OPN表达。OPN在不同肿瘤大小和有无腋窝淋巴结转移的患者间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OPN的阳性表达率随临床病理分期的增加显著升高,OPN表达与p53呈显著正相关(r=0.297,P<0.05)。结论 OPN在乳腺癌组织中高表达。其表达与肿瘤分期分级及转移密切相关。OPN阳性表达可作为评价乳腺癌发生、发展的生物学指标;联合p53检测更有助于乳腺癌病情的评估及预后的判断。Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin(OPN) in breast cancer and its correlation with clinicopathologic characteristics and p53. Methods Immunohistochemical MaxVision assay was used to detect the expression of OPN in 125 patients with breast carcinoma and 20 cases of normal breast tissues. The relationship of OPN expression with clinicopathologic characteristics and p53 protein was analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of OPN in breast cancer was 62.4% ,which was almost zero in the normal breast tissues. The expression of OPN was closely related to tumor size, axillary lymph nodes metastases and clinical phase(P〈0. 05). OPN expression in breast cancer was positively correlated to p53(r=0. 297,P〈0. 05). Conclusion OPN is highly expressed in breast cancer, which is closely related to tumor clinical stage and pathological grade. The expression of OPN may be taken as a biological marker for estimating the occurrence and progression of breast cancer. Combined detection of OPN and p53 is helpful in evaluating patient's condition and predicting the prognosis of the patients with breast cancer.
