摘　　要：目的:探讨削薄"L"型游离股前外侧皮瓣修复舌癌术后缺损的效果。方法:回顾分析2008年12月～2011年12月完成的22例削薄"L"型游离股前外侧皮瓣修复舌癌术后缺损的病例。分析皮瓣的设计、成活情况、术后并发症等。结果:22例游离皮瓣中,完全成活21例,3例出现不同程度的血管危象,1例出现3//4坏死。再造舌体外形、功能恢复良好。结论:削薄"L"型游离股前外侧皮瓣修复舌癌术后缺损效果好,是理想的修复手段。Objective： To analyze the feasibility and reliability of free thinning L-shaped anteolateral thigh flap in tongue reconstruction after tongue cancer resection.Methods： From December 2008 to December 2011,22 patients with tongue cancer were treated by resection of the primary tumors and tongue reconstruction using free thinning L-shaped anteolateral thigh flap.Data concerning the design of the flaps,survival of the flaps,complications of the reconstruction method were retrospectively analyzed.Results： Among 22 free flaps,3 flaps developed circulatory crisis,1 flap were three fourths necrosis,21 flaps survived completely after operation.The majority of patients regained normal appearance and near-normal tongue function.Conclusion： Free thinning L-shaped anterolateral thigh flap is an ideal method to reconstruct the postoperative tongue cancer soft tissue defects.
