宫颈癌组织miR-199b表达及其临床意义的初步分析

摘　　要：目的:研究miR-199b在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:利用实时定量PCR方法检测miR-199b在35例宫颈癌组织中的表达情况;采用χ2检验分析miR-199b表达水平与各临床病理参数之间的关系;用Kaplan-Meier法分析miR-199b表达与宫颈癌患者生存期之间的关系。结果:与癌旁组织相比较,在35例肿瘤组织中,27例miR-199b高表达。miR-199b低表达患者平均生存时间为54.38个月(95%CI:42.90～65.85),miR-199b高表达患者平均生存时间33.48个月(95%CI:25.75～41.20)。miR-199b在宫颈癌组织中的表达水平与患者的无进展生存率明显相关,P=0.031。结论:miR-199b表达高的患者预后较差。miR-199b可能是预测宫颈癌预后的标志。OBJECTIVE： To investigate whether miR-199b is differentially expressed in cervical cancer tissues. METHODS： Real-time TaqMan MicroRNA assay was used to analyzed the expression of miR-199b, Chi-square test was used to analyze the relationship between miR-199b expression and clinicopathological characteristics. Survival curves were plotted by using the Kaplan-Meier method and compared by the log-rank test. RESULTS： Of the 35 cancer tissues, 27 up- regulated miRq99b compared with matched normal tissues. The mean survival time for patients with low expressed miR- 199b was 54.38 months （95~Ch42. 90--65. 85 months） and 33.48 months （95~CI..25. 75--41. 20 months） for those with high expressed miR-199b. MiR-199b expression in cervical cancer was significantly correlated with progression-free survival （P=0. 031, Kaplan-Meier method）. CONCLUSION： High level of miR-199b in cervical cancer tissues was asso- ciated with poor prognosis of patients miR-199b might be a useful prognostic biomarker for cervical cancer patients.
