摘　　要：通过对供应链成熟度模型的分析,构建了供应链企业集成层次体系,说明了信息集成的重要性及由此实现业务与组织集成的过程。分析了供应链企业信息集成中存在的问题,指出了服务外包创新模式是企业解决问题的有效途径。以服务外包各方为视角讨论了信息集成的可行性,提出了可分离式服务构件的实现途径。该创新模式与实现途径具有降低成本、保证信息安全性、便于集成的特点,可为供应链企业提高集成水平提供借鉴。The hierarchical integration system of supply chain enterprises was built by analyzing the supply chain maturity models.The importance of information integration and the process of the business and organizational integration were illustrated.The problems in the information integration of supply chain enterprises were analysed,and the innovative mode of service outsourcing was proposed to solve the corresponding problems.The feasibility of information integration were discussed from the angles of all parties involving in the service outsourcing.And an effective approach of detachable component was put forward.The innovative mode and its application,which could reduce costs,guarantee information security,and tend to integration,could be used as a reference to improve the level of integration for the supply chain enterprises.
