摘　　要：Tie-2为内皮细胞特异性酪氨酸激酶受体。本文综述了Tie-2的功能、生理作用等。Tie-2在多种肿瘤中表达,在大肠癌中也有明显高表达。Tie-2作为一种新候选的肿瘤标志,将有助于肿瘤的诊断及预后检测,并为高表达Tie-2的肿瘤治疗提供新的靶点,为重组可溶性Tie-2成为肿瘤基因治疗提出了先决条件。Tie-2 is the endothelial cell-specific tyrosine kinase receptor.The function and physiological role of Tie-2 are reviewed.It expresses in many tumors,and it has a high expression in colorectal cancer.As a new candidate tumor marker,Tie-2 will be helpful to the diagnosis and prognosis detection of the tumors.It provides a new target spot for the treatment of tumors with high Tie-2 expression.The recombinant soluble of Tie-2 provide a prerequisite for the cancer gene therapy.
