四川省优秀自由式摔跤运动员膝关节等速力量测试的分析

摘　　要：采用德国产IsoMed 2000等速肌力测试仪器,对2名四川省优秀自由式摔跤运动员左、右膝关节进行慢速60°/S和快速240°/S的定量测试及分析,并将测试结果及时反馈给运动员,从而使训练更加科学化。结果显示:2名运动员表现为左、右膝关节前后肌群相对力量较差;左、右腿的屈、伸肌力发展不平衡;同时右腿的肌肉耐力均比左腿好。在进行240°/S的测试中,两名运动员的左、右腿屈肌群PT值下降慢于伸肌群。Using IsoMed 2000 Isokinetic testing equipment which is made in German, did quantitative testing and analysis of knee joint at the slow speed of 60° / S and at the fast speed of 240° / S for two outstanding freestyle wrestler ,then feedback the test results to the athletes timely, so that training become more scientific.The results showed that： their before and aider muscles of lefc and right knees＂ relative strength are poor;the left and right leg flexor, extensor force developed imbalances,the right leg muscle＇s endurance was better than the leR .In the test of 240° / S ,the two players＂ left, right leg flexor PT value decreased slower than the extensors.
