兔VX2移植瘤肝癌模型氩氦刀治疗后的病理变化

摘　　要：目的:研究兔VX2移植瘤肝癌模型氩氦刀治疗后病理变化过程,观察氩氦刀治疗效果。方法:36只日本大白兔在肝左右叶成功种植VX2肿瘤后第4周进行氩氦刀治疗,术后随机分为6组,分别于术后第1天、第3天、1周、2周、1个月、2个月处死大白兔,观察治疗区组织学变化及免疫组化改变。结果:氩氦刀治疗后坏死彻底,与正常组织边界清楚,表现为坏死(术后第1天)、炎性细胞浸润(术后第3天、1周及2周)及纤维化(术后1～2个月)的过程。免疫组化结果提示:治疗前抗VEGF抗体染色呈阳性,治疗后抗VEGF抗体染色渐弱。结论:氩氦刀是一种物理治疗,疗效确切,对正常组织损伤小,安全性高,对于局部肿瘤是一项有价值的治疗手段。Objective To study the processes of pathological change and to observe the curative effect of the VX2 rabbit tumors after treatment of Ar-He knife.Methods Thirty-six Japanese white rabbits,who have successfully been implanted VX2 tumors in thighs and treatment of Ar-He cryoablation in the forth week,were randomly divided into 6 groups and were respectively killed in the first day,third day,one week,two week,one mouth and two mouth after cryoablation.The treated tumors were taken out and checked by pathology and Immunohistochemistry.Results Pathology discovered complete necrosis.There was clear borderline between necrosis tissue and normal tissue.It showed one process：namely necrosis（in first day）→inflammatory response（in third day to 2 weeks）→organization（in 1 month to 2 month）.Conclusion The treatment of Ar-He cryoablation was a physical therapy.It was a good curative effect and micro-wound and safe and valuable therapeutic method for local tumors
