摘　　要：《孙子兵法》自问世以来就不断地被阐释和研究,虽属于军事著作,但其中蕴含的哲理不只在军事,在商业经营中的应用更是古已有之,帮助古今中外很多企业家取得了成功。烟台商机互联集团借鉴《孙子兵法》中"奇正"、"全胜"和"势"的思想,通过"不战而屈人之兵",与合作者和消费者共赢,不断借势与造势,取得了引人注目的成绩。The Art of War has been constantly interpreted and researched since its advent. Mthough it was a military book, the phi- losophy contained has been applied not only in the military, but also in business management from ancient time, which helped many Chinese and foreign entrepreneurs to be successful. Yantai Business Opportunities Interconnected Group adopted the wisdom of Sun Zi, such as the direct and the indirect, complete victory and energy, applies the idea of ＂defeating the enemy without combat＂ to make a win- win situation with partners and consumers and constantly follow the tide and and build po- tentials as to make significant performance.
