摘 要:随着Eron、Tyco、WorldCom等公司丑闻和日益泛滥的管理渎职现象的出现,管理学中有关真诚领导的理论与实证研究受到了前所未有的关注。真诚领导是一种把领导者的积极心理能力与高度发展的组织情境结合起来发挥作用的过程,这一过程可以增强员工对领导者和组织的认同感,增加员工的心理资本,进而影响员工的工作态度,激励他们更努力工作,提高工作绩效。本文选择淮安、宿迁、盐城、连云港、徐州等苏北地区的16家中小企业的数据进行实证研究,探讨员工对真诚领导的感知与其工作绩效之间的关系。回归分析结果表明,员工对真诚领导的感知与其任务绩效和关系绩效等均存在显著的正向相关关系,真诚领导可以作为改善员工和组织绩效的一种有效方式应用于组织管理。With the appearances of the scandals and management malpractice phenomena of Eron, Tyco and WorldCom, researches on authentic leadership' s theories and demonstrations have been paid more and more attention to in organizational behaviors. Authentic leadership was defined as a process drawn from both positive psychological capacities and a highly developed or- ganizational context. The job performance can be enhanced by strengthening the sense of identity of leader and organization, increasing workers' psychological capitals and thus influencing their attitudes. In this paper, the empirical research was conducted based on the data from 16 small and medium - sized enterprises of Huai' an, Suqian, Yancheng, Lianyungang and Xuzhou at the north of Jiangsu, and the relationship between workers' perceptions of authentic leadership and their job performances was discussed. The results of regression analysis show that workers' perceptions of authentic leadership are positively related to their job performances and the authentic leadership can be used to improve workers' and organizational performances in the organizational management.
