民营中小微企业二次创业路径研究

摘　　要：在世界金融危机的影响下,福建泉州民营中小微企业遭受重创。要摆脱发展中的困境并实现企业振兴,必须走二次创业之路,各级政府要从战略高度制定有利的扶持政策和措施,搭建多元化、稳定的融资平台,企业要自主创新实施品牌战略,为民营中小微企业经济腾飞创造条件。In the world economic crisis, the small, medium and micro private enterprises in Quanzhou of Fujian province suffered heavy losses. In order to solve the difficulties in the development and achieve the revival of the enterprises, the second undertaking must be insisted on. Governments at all levels should make supportive policies and measures to build up the diverse and stable investment platform while small, medium and micro private enterprises should make independent innovations, implement the brand strategies and create conditions for the economic growth.
