摘　　要：木材具有较强的环境效应,分析认为木材的整个生命周期阶段都对环境具有友好性。从保持木材持续供给角度分析,研究木材非法采伐和木材可持续经营经济效应两种情况下,木材的环境效应都不一样。基于以上这些,通过对木材的生产经营状况分析,提出了基于木材环境效应下中国政府的政策应对。There is more environmental effect for wood, and analysis has exposed the environmental character in all life phase of wood. In order to keep sustainable supply for wood, the author analyzed the economic effect from illegallogging and sustainable production, and there are different situation in the two conditions. Based on above, the author researched the running condition of wood, and put forward the policy for Chinese government under the environmental effect.
