摘 要:柳州市维义大桥为主跨288m的连续钢桁拱桥,该桥钢梁采用临时支墩搭设膺架半悬臂拼装法架设,为了解施工过程中的结构内力及线形状态是否满足设计要求,指导施工,运用无应力状态法,采用桥梁结构分析软件MIDAS Civil建立空间模型对该桥进行全过程施工控制。施工控制结果表明:在施工过程中各阶段线形、应力、索力、钢梁抗倾覆稳定性等控制指标与理论分析结果基本一致,成桥的线形和内力状态与控制的预期目标吻合良好。The Weiyi Bridge in Liuzhou City is a continuous steel truss arch bridge with a main span 288 m and the steel girder of the bridge was erected by the semi-cantilever assembling method by installing of temporary piers and scaffoldings. To understand if the internal force and geometric shape status of the bridge structure could meet the design requirements in the construc- tion process and to guide the construction, the construction control of the whole process of the bridge was implemented, using the unstressed state method and the spatial model set up by the bridge structural analysis software MIDAS Civil. The results of the construction control prove that the controlled indices of the geometric shapes, stress, cable forces and overturning stability of the steel girder at different stages of the construction process are basically accordant with the theoretic analysis results and the geometric shape and internal force status of the completed bridge are agreeable with the anticipated goal of the construction control as well.
