村镇应急避难场所规划技术指标的探讨

摘　　要：广大村镇是我国灾害最为严重的地区,也是城乡防灾体系中的薄弱环节。结合我国国情探讨了村镇应急避难场所的类型和功能划分、规模和服务范围以及防灾设施配置等规划技术指标和要求,为村镇应急避难场所规划建设提供参考。Villages and small towns are the weakest points in the disaster prevention system in China,and thus are most vulnerable to disasters.This paper discusses types,functions,sizes and servicing scopes of emergency shelters in villages and small towns in China,as well as the allocation of disaster prevention facilities and other technical indexes and requirements for the planning of emergency shelters.It is hoped that such discussions will provide a constructive reference to planning and construction of emergency shelters in villages and small towns.
