摘  要:利用系列端氨基聚醚与甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)进行Michael共轭加成,合成新型聚氨酯固化剂HEMA-D-HEMA,考察了该固化剂对聚氨酯胶粘剂体系凝胶时间和粘结性能的影响以及固化物的耐介质性。结果表明,分别以D230和HEMA-D230-HEMA作固化剂的凝胶时间从8 s延长至16 min;HEMA-D230-HEMA作为固化剂,其固化物剪切强度可达到28.0 MPa,具有良好的耐水性、耐碱性。A novel curing agent for polyurethane was synthesized through the Michael addition reaction by a- mine-teminated polyether(ATPE) and hydroxyethylacrylate(HEMA). The influence of the curing agent on PU ad- hesive gelation time, the adhesive property and chemical-resistance were investigated. The results showed that gela- tion time delayed from 8 seconds to 16 minutes when D230 and HEMA-D230-HEMA was curing agent, respectire- ly. In addition, shear strength was 28.0 MPa when HEMA-D230-HEMA was curing agent. The adhesive had good water-resistance and alkali resistance.
