摘　　要：本研究采用泸州医学院附属口腔医院实际病例,调研对牙髓疾病患者实施根管治疗的知情同意情况。研究发现,患者对牙髓治疗、特别是根管治疗的知情同意率较高,但知情同意工作仍需进一步改进,临床工作中还需进一步提高医生的诊疗水平,进一步增强宣教力度。This study is based on the actual cases in the Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Luzhou Medical College, with the purpose of investigating the informed consent situation of dental pulp disease patients with root canal therapy. And it is found that the rate of Patients informed consent to dental pulp treatment, especially to a root canal treatment, is high. But we need to do more to improve informed consent right, and in clinical practice, the level of doctors＂ diagnosis and treatment needs to be improved, and propaganda and education should be strenzthened.
