高校数字档案利用探析

摘　　要：传统的实体档案馆由于受时间和空间的局限不能迅速、广泛地为社会提供档案信息服务,限制了档案信息价值的发挥。数字档案馆则不受时间和空间的限制,可以为利用者提供方便、快捷的服务,实现档案信息资源共享。依据纸质档案和数字档案的不同特点,数字档案提供利用的方式也发生了改变,通过相关的技术手段来保障数字档案的安全利用,成为了当前档案工作的热点之一。Due to the limitations of time and space, information services of traditional entity archives are not easily and widely accessible to society, thereby hindering the full use of archives information. In contrast, digital archives are free from such limitations, and thus are able to supply users with convenient and prompt services, making archives information resources sha- ring achievable. Paper archives differ from digital ones, and accordingly is one of the immediate tasks to guarantee the safe use of digital archives the ways in which the latter are used also change. It by employing technical means.
