摘 要:为了减少盾构机的故障停机时间,提高生产效率,设计了以S7-300做控制器、S120为执行器的多机驱动的盾构机刀盘控制系统。描述了刀盘驱动对于电机控制的具体要求,并论述了通过控制分组,如何利用S120实现盾构机刀盘的主从控制、以及主从控制方式下传动的负荷平衡分配,阐述了如何用S120实现主从控制的自动切换。系统投入运行后,控制效果良好,实现了盾构机刀盘主从控制的自动切换,证明上述方法能很好地满足盾构机应用的要求。in order to reduce the shield machine fault downtime, improve production efficiency, the multi- motor-drive cutter head control system of tunnel boring machine was designed, which used $7 - 300 to be con- troller and 8120 to be actuator. The specific requirements about the cutter drive motor were described. How to achieve the master-slave control of cutter head on tunnel boring machine through control group, and the load balanced distribution of transmission under master-slave control were discussed. How to use 8120 to achieve the automatically switch of master-slave control on the cutter head of tunnel boring machine was described. This system achieved automatically switch of master-slave control on the cutter head of tunnel boring machine after being put into operation and the control worked well, which proved that the method can satisfy the re- quirements of the application on the tunnel boring machine.
