树干打孔注药杀灭天牛效果分析

摘　　要：通过对新疆杨打孔注药后树干分段解析,清查药物杀灭天牛数量得出:在相同药物种类、浓度、相同注药次数情况下,树干打孔注药对天牛幼虫杀灭效果明显,其次为成虫和蛹;对在刻槽内小幼虫灭杀效果不明显;总体灭杀效果随树高逐渐下降;连续三年注药灭杀效果分别高于一年一次注药和连续两年注药。Through section analysis of Populus bolleana Lauche trunk perforated injection to kill Anoplophora glabripennis（Motsch.） numbers,the results showed that there was a significant effect of trunk perforated injection on killing larvaes,with the same types of drug,same concentration and same number of injection,followed with that on adults and pupae.There was little effect on larvae in the groove.Killing effects decreased with tree height increased as a whole.Farther more,the effect injection for three consecutive years is better than that for once a year or two years.
