摘 要:大学生就业难是公认的事实,兼备残疾人和大学生双重身份的聋人大学生的就业就更是难上加难。近几年聋人大学生的创业比例有所提升,成为解决就业问题的途径之一。运用SWOT分析方法对聋人大学生创业的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行分析有助于聋生根据自身情况做出理性选择。选择创业的聋生也应不断努力提高竞争力,具体来说就是要转变就业观念,学习创业技能;利用多重优势,减少失败风险;勇于接受挑战,总结经验教训。At present the harsh employment of college students impaired undergraduates have the dual identity of both disabled people is a generally accepted fact. Hearing- and college students, is extremely difficult. In recent years, the proportion of hearing-impaired college students' so their employment starting business has increased, as has become one of the ways to solve the employment problem. In this paper, the SWOT analysis is used to analyze hearing-impaired college students' entrepreneurial strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, which are helpful for hearing-impaired college students to make reasonable choices according to their own circumstances. Hearing-impaired college students should also continuously exert themselves to improve their own competitiveness when choosing to start business, specifically paying attention to the following three aspects: changing their concept of employment and learning entrepreneurial skills; using multiple advantages to reduce the risk of failure; having the courage to accept challenges and drawing lessons from the past.
