摘  要:通过对近十多年来高职师资队伍建设实践的研究发现,"跨界合作"已经成为引领和指导高职师资队伍建设新理念,提出"跨界合作"理念是在我国社会经济发展方式转型升级、高职教育事业自身不断发展和对高职教育规律深刻认识的背景下逐渐明晰起来的观点,梳理了在"跨界合作"理念的引领和指导下,高职师资队伍建设经历的从"双师型"到"双师素质"再到"双师结构"的各具特色的三个不同发展阶段。Over a decade, the studies on the practice of the organization of teachers' team in higher vocational schools show that "cross-border cooperation" has become a new conception leading and guiding the organization of teachers' team. The conception of "cross-border cooperation" gradually surfaced with the transformation and upgrade of China's social and economic developing model when higher vocational schools had been developing and the laws of education had been fully learned. This paper elaborates the three different phases of the organiza- tion of teachers' team in higher vocational schools, under the leadership and guidance of "cross-border coopera- tion", from "double qualification" to "the quality of double qualification" and then to "the construction of double qualification".
