摘　　要：本文分析了培训高职院校青年教师的重要性和目前高职院校青年教师培训中存在的问题,并试图提出一些解决高职院校青年教师培训问题的对策。This paper analyzes the importance and problems of young teachers＇ training in higher vocational colleges, and try to found solutions to prove the young teachers＇ training problems in higher vocational colleges.
