摘　　要：建设项目造价控制由一系列相互协调的项目活动组成。在设计阶段和招标阶段突出成本管理理念应用及其相关专业工作,以便在设计和建造标准确定前就开始实施造价控制,并对变更事项进行有效控制,实现建设项目全过程造价管理目标,将建设项目造价控制在业主要求的或事先获得业主批准的预算目标范围内。The construction project cost control consists of a series of coordinated project activities. It underlines the cost management application and related professional work in the design phase and the phase of open tender, in order to start the implementation of cost control before making sure the design and building standard, and effectively controls the changes to realize the whole process of construction project cost management objectives. And so the construction project cost is controlled in the employer＇s requirements or budget target range of obtaining prior owners approved.
