试论对高校各类就业困难群体的指导与帮助

摘　　要：大学生是国家的希望,民族的未来。由于受到社会经济体制变革和金融危机等多种因素的影响,出现了大学生就业困难群体。大学生就业困难群体可分为"真""假"困难两大类,导致群体出现的原因既有社会、家庭因素,也有学校和学生自身的问题。通过加强就业指导,提高能力素质,完善资助体系,开拓就业市场等途径,可以有效地帮助大学生就业困难群体顺利就业。College students are the hope of the country and the future of the nation. Due to social economic system reform and the financial crisis and other factors, it appears the students＇ difficulties in employment. Students＇ difficulties in employment can be classified as two categories ＂true＂ and ＂false＂, and it leads to the group appearing, the reasons including the social and family factor, also the school and students＇ themselves problems. By strengthening the employment guidance, improving ability, perfecting the subsidy system, developing the employment market and so on, these can effectively help students＇ difficulties in employment.
