摘  要:《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确提出要"建立继续教育学分累积和转换制度,实现不同类型学习成果的互认与衔接"的政策,为实现成人高等教育学习成果互认的目标,解决成人高等教育存在的问题,本文从教育质量互信、教育资源互享、学习成果互认与互换、办学水平互评、办学效益互利等六个主要方面阐述了成人高等教育发展的未来走向,以期为进一步提高人才培养质量提供参考。The transition case of early learning development of adult higher education, the CPC Central Committee and State Council put forward the following policy: establishing continuing education credit accumulation and conversion system and realizing mutual recognition and continuity of study outcome between different types of education. In order to promote mutual recognition of different types of learning outcomes and solve problems existing in adult education, the paper explores the development direction of adult higher education from six aspects: mutual trust of education quality, sharing of educational resources, mutual recognition and exchange of learning achievements, mutual evaluation of school quality, and reciprocity of school development. Adult education should adapt to and serve the local economic and social development and meet the diverse learning needs of adult students.
