摘 要:近几年,美国大学跨学科学术组织发展迅速,其策略主要有:将"跨学科研究与教育"发展成为一种大学信念;促进跨学科学术组织与传统学术组织由"竞争"关系转变为"共赢"关系;改革学位制度,激发学生参与跨学科学术研究的兴趣;完善治理与评价机制,促进跨学科学术组织的可持续发展。Interdisciplinary academic organizations in America have being developing rapidly in recent years. While this has benefited from much more attentions from American academic circles to interdisciplinary researches, the more important is that American univer- sities have implemented some successful development strategies. To sum up, these strategies they have implemented include establishing interdisciplinary study and researches as a con- cept of high education, transforming the previous competition relations between the inter- disciplinary academic organizations and traditional academic organizations into a "win-win" relationship, reforming academic degree systems, stimulating students" interests in interdisci- plinary academic researches, and perfecting management and evaluation mechanisms to pro- mote the sustainable development of interdisciplinary academic organizations.
