摘 要:当前船厂对船体外板的成型加工仍然采用处于人工作业状态的三角样板与活络样条,这与现代造船模式—数字化绿色造船发展趋势极不相符,亟待革新。文章分析了当前船厂所用的三角样板、活络样板生命周期中的弊端,提出了一种新的板材成型检验工具——数控样条,对其多点自动成型关键技术进行了阐述,并通过精度检测实验验证了应用该技术研制的数控样条具有一定应用价值和实用性。The triangular template and adjustable form-checking template are used in manual work state in shipyards as a ship hull plate form-checking device,which is extremely incompatible with modern shipbuilding development trend,that is,digital and green shipbuilding.It is necessary to be improved.The paper analyzes the drawbacks during life cycle of triangular template and adjustable form-checking template which is currently used in shipyards.It puts forward a new form-checking device for ship hull plate called NC template whose key technology of the multi-point auto-forming is described.The accuracy detection experiment has verified the NC template developed by the technology has a certainty value of application and practicality.
