单点微创切口行美容重睑手术

摘　　要：目的探讨单睑患者美容重睑手术的微创手术新方法。方法于重睑线中段行一点微创小切口,将切口边缘皮肤缝合于睑板前筋膜上,形成重睑。结果 187例(374只眼)手术过程顺利,术后形成重睑效果好,1年后随诊,除1例患者左眼重睑线消失外,其余眼睛重睑线形成良好、自然且瘢痕不明显,患者满意度为99.7%。结论应用微创手术切口行单睑患者的重睑手术,可以达到和切开法重睑手术一样的效果,且瘢痕短小较切开法不明显,是一种单睑患者极易接受的美容手术。Objective To investigate a new minimally invasive operation method of cosmetic double eyelid operation for the single eyelid patient. Methods Cut a short incision in the middle of the double eyelie line and suture the incision on the pretarsal fascia to form double eyelid.Results The operation of 187 cases process were success and the double eyelid effect of surgery were wonderful. Followed up after one year,the double eyelid lines of the most eyes were not disappear except one eye of a patient and none have an obvious scar. The satisfaction of the patient was 99.7%. Conclusion The effect of the minimally invasive double eyelid surgery is same as the long incision double eyelid surgry and has more shorter scar. It＇s easy to accept to the single eyelid patients.
