摘　　要：蛋白酶体激活因子PA28γ是PA28家族中的一员,结合并活化20S核心蛋白,从而促进蛋白酶体依赖的重要调节蛋白的降解。PA28γ通过影响包括MDM2、SRC-3、MEKK3在内的许多重要因子的代谢从而在肿瘤和一系列相关的疾病中发挥重要的作用。PA28γ, a member of the PA28 proteasome activators, has been shown to bind and activate the 20S proteasome, which promotes the degradation of proteasome-dependent important regulatory proteins. PA28γ plays an important role in carcinogenesis and a series of diseases through effecting the metabolism of many significant factors, which including MDM2,SRC-3 and MEKK3.
