头面部形态特点与易患疾病相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨外在形态特征及易患疾病之间的关系。方法:采用测量法获取被调查者头面形态的相关数据,根据国家GBT 2428-1998标准,计算面部其他部位的相应数据,计算出"三停"的相对大小,采用问卷的方式,调查询问既往史及现病史。采用logistic统计分析方法,分析评价不同比例下罹患某类疾病的风险与面部三停(上停、中停、下停)的比例大小及其相关性。结果:中风、呼吸系统、肝胆系统、胃肠系统、精神神经系统及内分泌代谢系统疾病的易患人群面部形态有一定特点,其中肝胆疾病与内分泌代谢疾病同时受到面部三停的影响。结论:头面部形态结构在一定程度上可以反映人的内在脏腑强弱特征,结合中医学对脏腑在头面分布的理论,研究结果在一定程度上验证了中医理论。Objective ：To explore the relationship of the external morphology and susceptible diseases. Methods ：Through measurement method, the data of respondents＇ eraniofaeial morphology were obtained. According to GBT2428 - 1998 standard, the corresponding data in other parts of the face and the relative size of three stops were calculated. Using the questionnaire, the past history and current medical history were surveyed. Through logistic statistical method, the accident risk of certain diseases and the ratio of face three stops （ on the stop, the stop, the next stop） were analyzed and evaluated. Results ： Some diseases have a certain relationship with the facial features. These diseases included stroke, respiratory sys- tem, hepatobiliary system, gastrointestinal system, nervous system and mental disorders, endocrine and metabolic systems. Hepatobiliary disease and endocrine and metabolic diseases have a combination effect with three stops of the face. Conclu- sions ： Head and facial morphology in a certain extent can reflect the strength characteristics of the human internal organs. Combining traditional Chinese medical theory of the organs in the head distribution, research results, to some extent, vali- date the theory of traditional Chinese medicine.
