摘 要:紫杉醇具有独特的微管稳定作用而被广泛用于多种实体瘤的治疗,在多个国家被批准作为癌症术后化疗药物。纳米给药系统能够较好地解决紫杉醇现有剂型水溶性差和辅助溶剂聚氧乙烯蓖麻油(Cremophor EL)的临床毒性等问题。近年来紫杉醇的纳米新剂型成为研究热点,多种新材料,新工艺都得到广泛应用。纳米新剂型在临床使用中毒性小,并在缓释、癌细胞靶向方面显示出明显的优势,具有良好的应用前景。本文就紫杉醇纳米制剂的开发和应用进展进行综述。Paclitaxel has gained the widespread applications in the treatment of a variety of carcinomas due to its sta- ble tubulin function. The results of preliminary studies showed that the nano drug delivery system can improve the poorly aqueous solubility of the paclitaxel and reduce the adverse effects of the Cremophor EL. In recent years, the nano - formu- lation has become the hot topic of the paclitaxel study, including the plenty of the new materials and the artificial delivery systems in these studies. These formulations can reduce the adverse effects, and optimize the controlled - release and drug targeting functions. Therefore,the new technologies made the paclitaxel more prospective. This article summarized the development and application of the nano - formulations of paclitaxel in recent years.
