基于XML的医学病案案例化研究

摘　　要：将医学病案进行案例化可以提高医院的工作效率。但医学病例中包含许多非结构化信息，这就使得病例信息的分析集成变得比较困难。为了解决这一问题，该文结合XML，对医学病案案例化进行了研究。，首先介绍了将一般数据库中的医学病案转换为XML格式的案例文件的方法，然后对XML文档进行结构化形成案例文件。最后简单介绍了医学病案案例推理的过程。The case research of the medical records can improve the working etTlciency of the hospital. But the medical records contain many unstructured information, it makes the analysis and integration of cases information become more difficult. This paper combined the XML studies medical cases to solve this problem. This paper firstly introduces the method about converting the medical cases into the XML documents, and then forms case files by structuring the XML documents. Lastly, this paper introduc- es the reasoning processes of medical cases.
