摘　　要：有关执行标的问题，存在不同认识，现实中也存在执行难、执行乱的情况，必须对执行标的的概念、法律特征、人身可否作为直接执行的标的、金钱与财物执行混同、执行竞合、案外人对执行标的的异议及异议之诉等问题进行研究，以指导实践。There are different understandings about the object of execution.In reality, there also exist difficulties and disorders in execution. Studies on such problem as the concept of the object of execution,legal features, whether the person can be used as the object of direct execution,execution commingling of money and property, concurrence of execution, opposition of the object of execution by person other than involcved in the case, and action of opposition, etc. must be carried out in order to guide the practice.
