摘　　要：目的 :详细阐述前臂皮瓣制备的手术方法。方法 :对 84例前臂桡侧皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的病例 ,进行临床回顾性分析。结果 :前臂桡侧皮瓣手术制备简单 ,用于颌面部软组织的修复 ,术后获得良好的功能效果 ,并能承受术后辅以的放疗 ;缺点是牺牲前臂的桡动脉 ,并在前臂遗留疤痕 ,影响美观。皮瓣的组织量不足 ,无法填充病灶范围较大口底癌术后遗留的死腔。结论 :前臂桡侧皮瓣是口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复的首选皮瓣。Objective:[WT5BZ]To present the details of technique of flap harvest.[WT5HZ]Method:[WT5BZ]The medical records of 84 cases of the radial free forearm free flap for the reconstruction of soft tissue defects of oral and maxillofacial region were summed up and analyzde.[WT5HZ]Results:[WT5BZ]The radial forearm free flap has an easy harvest for favourable oral and maxillofacial soft tissue reconstruction and can undergo the postoperative radiotherapy,The main disadvantage is sacrifice of the radial artery,the donor scar is not beautifully seen,and the flap is always not sufficient to fill the large cavity after the operation of oral floor cancer.[WT5HZ]Conclusion:[WT5BZ]The radial forearm free flap is our first choice in the reconstruction of soft tissue defects o f oral and maxillofacial region [WT5HZ]
