摘　　要：优质护理过程中,采用"五心"服务,让患者体会到了护理人员的热心、细心、耐心、同理心及责任心,从而在一定程度上消除了患者恐惧、焦虑的情绪;有利于为患者提供安全优质的护理服务,提高了患者的满意度,有利于缓解紧张的医患关系。During high quality nursing, the ＂Five Hearts＂ service could make patients feel the enthusiasm, circumspection, patience, empathy and responsibility of nursing staff, which in some extent could eliminate the patients＇fear and anxiety, is helpful to provide high quality and safety nursing service, also can improve the patient＇s satisfaction and is beneficial to relieve the tense doctorpatient relationship.
